As we sell exclusively to commercial customers, companies, self-employed professionals and freelancers, a statutory right of withdrawal generally does not apply to our business customers. Nevertheless, we voluntarily grant every customer a 14-day right of withdrawal.

We place particular importance on giving our customers – especially our colleagues in the film industry – the confidence to order and test our products without concerns about returning them. Due to the careful manufacturing and quality standards of our products, returned items must be undamaged and show no signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Please note that shipping of the Bagstation to the customer is free of charge. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the return must be arranged through our contracted logistics partner. Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, the corresponding amount will be refunded promptly, less any applicable shipping costs.

For consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us (Hiframes GmbH, Romaneystr. 18, 51063 Cologne, Germany, email: support@bagside.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) within the withdrawal period.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse the payments received from you, excluding shipping costs. The reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
